Reports To: President / Ownership
Compensation: $80,000 – $150,000, based on Experience

Resumen del trabajo:

Poppoff, Inc. is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Controller to oversee the financial operations of our growing concrete construction company. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, preferably in construction, and be capable of managing day-to-day financial operations while providing valuable insight to company leadership.

Responsabilidades clave:

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports.
• Manage job costing, work-in-progress (WIP) reporting, and project profitability.
• Oversee financial compliance, tax reporting, and annual audits.
• Lead and support the accounting team.
• Work closely with ownership to improve financial performance, efficiency, and company operations.

Cualificaciones y habilidades:

• Strong background in accounting and financial management, preferably in the construction industry.
• Experience with construction job costing and WIP reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (preferably Foundation Software), Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze financial information and provide meaningful recommendations.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
